Falkland Islands, Argentina used British made Canberra bombers to bomb
British positions on the islands. The British also used Canberra
bombers against Argentine forces.

Argentine Navy Super Etendard aircraft armed with Exocet missiles,
sank 2 British warships.
An Exocet anti-ship missile launched
from a land based vehicle damaged another British warship. The
Exocets were cannibalized from the Argentine destroyer ARA Guerrieo.
