  1. I'm a Cambodian, and I don't think that Cambodian Armed Force is reliable. The lacks of weaponry, proper training and military strategy has put Cambodia at disadvantage. If a war break out with the neighbor countries, I'm pretty sure that this armed forces will be crushed unless the government willing to spend more money on it which they can't afford.
