  1. Uganda's military is experienced but the soldiers are poorly paid & live in grass thatched huts.

  2. I think its a step in the right direction to start with.They are known to be very secretive on issues pertaining to defense and security.Any one who knows whether any East African countries defense forces sites give them a lead.
